ROBERT COOPER PURCHASES MAJORITY INTEREST
IN FAST-GROWING COMMERCIAL COLLECTION AGENCY
DELRAY BEACH, FL (July 1, 2002) - Robert Cooper has
purchased a majority interest in Johnson, Morgan & White,
a fast-growing commercial collection agency.

collection agencies in the United States," said Cooper, who will serve
as president and CEO of the Delray Beach firm. "We have a
knowledgeable, talented professional team in place to deliver

Cooper said Johnson, Morgan & White expects to form strategic alliances

marketplace and significantly expand the firm's capabilities.

A former Wall Street investment banker, Cooper has 12 years experience
in the commercial collections industry. He was formerly the founder,
president and CEO of Adams, Cooper & Marks, a Boca Raton-based
commercial collection agency established in 1991. He is a patron member
of the Commercial Law League of America.
